As a mediator, I offer a safe space for people who have experienced deep disagreements or conflicts, allowing them to address the griefs and pains that have arisen.
Often, we forget that we’ve created dynamics with others, focusing only on our own wounds and not sharing what we’re going through with those involved. We also may not fully understand what the other person is dealing with.
Many times, simply expressing our feelings and listening to each other can lead to a better understanding, helping us find the best possible solution for everyone involved.
And always keeping in mind that's not about being guilty or victim.
It's to find ways to resolve the conflict.
As the third party, I bring techniques to facilitate harmony, soothing, and some sense of internal peace. It's crucial for each person to express their position in a safe environment. From there, I support the parties in identifying their concrete needs, feelings, and interests.
The solutions belong to those involved.
People know what they want and what they can give. As a mediator, I don’t provide solutions or advice.
Our focus is on finding solutions that work for everyone - not on assigning guilt or blame. Mediation is not a tribunal where I decide for one side against the other. I have no power over the people, the consequences, or the decisions made.
Mediation offers the possibility for all parties to achieve what they need and want. Everyone wins. I help you to come to creative solutions that go beyond what either party initially proposed. It about looking together at the bigger picture of the relationship and long-term needs.
I believe in the power of communication, and I am here to support you in finding clarity, healing from past hurts, and moving forward.
