Constellations

Constellations are a healing tool based on a Zulu practice where the work is done through energies.

This practice brings order to a structure where there is chaos, replacing it with lightness, release,

soothing and understanding. It helps create space to access new perspectives - ones that were previously inaccessible because there was not enough distance between the situation and yourself.

 

It is a way to work on the structural systems of the family we grew up in, allowing us to carry ONLY what belongs to us.

It's also a way to understand situations we attract.

 

We carry different experiences from our ancestors which influence our lives in ways they shouldn't - emotions, diseases, pain -

these can make us repeat patterns unkowingly, without understanding why.

 

Our lives can be understood in a new way if we listen to it from the energy of each element involved.

Anything can be constellated: a feeling, a conflict, a disease, a relationship or a situation that feels blocked in different areas such as personal, familial, professional etc.

In a collective space guided by me, the topic of the person wanting to constellate will be supported by at least five people,

each taking on different roles. They engage with each other energetically to bring about a new narrative.

 

All participants support the energetic circle, sharing based on what they feel in the moment.

This work is not mental or intellectualized; it's not about judgement but about feeling your intuition and gut.

 

The collective aspect of the work is crucial to the healing process and can resonate with each of us.

People come together for you and we hold space for you. We all have the potential to heal in different ways.
